  Review of the cafe and play area NOT the shop. The cafe staff are incredibly slow, some are rude. The food is overpriced for the food that you get. I have had a few experiences of being given plates and cups that weren't so clean. The play area is just awful! As well as being a hot box in the summer with no ventilation, the children are mostly left unsupervised and my children were bullied and hurt both times I let them visit. We go elsewhere now! The play areas aren't clean, very dirty in fact and there is food in the play pits from where children have wandered in with cake and chips or whatever else. This play area needs to be supervised or maybe the entrance fee needs to increase... it currently sits a £1 and is likely the reason why some not so decent people attend.
